Terms of Service
Please be sure to read over the TOS before ordering a commission from me.

By sending an order, you have agreed to these terms.
General
• As the artist, I have complete copyright over the artwork; and have the right to use them for my own personal use.
​
• I usually work from easiest to complete to longest, otherwise it is in order of the queue.
• A rough sketch will often be provided for approval unless the artwork is really small.
​
• It usually takes up to 14 days for an item to be complete up to a month; if any longer, please feel free to contact me for updates.
​
• If you want changes done to the commission, please contact me via email or the site you commissioned me from; if the changes are large, an additional fee may be applied.
​
• I always post a low quality and/or cropped artwork to my social medias: Twitter, Tumblr, and Instagram ( @ehiiehn )
​
- If you do not want me to post your commission publicly at all, please tell me before it is complete, after I send it to you, or upon ordering
​
• You will always receive a full resolution of the artwork via email; if we are contacting through DMs, I will send the full resolution through an Ablode link.
Payment
• I only accept payment in USD via PayPal invoice ONLY.
• Payment is due upfront; a confirmation will be sent to you upon approval as well as the invoice.

• NO refund will be provided after the completion of the commission.
​
• PARTIAL refund can be made if I have already sent a rough sketch or further, but not completed.
​
• FULL refund can be made before I made before I get started on the commission or before I send you a rough sketch.
Disclaimers and Usage
• Note that this is a digital good, meaning there will be no physical copy delivered unless stated otherwise.
​
• The commissioner has the right to post the artwork and use as they please as long as they do not resell, redistribute, trace, alter, use for commercial use, or claim the work as their own.
​
• If you do post it anywhere, whether private or public, you MUST credit me, preferably by link back to my socials or by my alias: Ehn or Ehiiehn.
​
• Do NOT use the image for NFT or any crypto transaction, minting, or selling.
​
• Do NOT heavily alter my artwork or use it for anything hateful, discriminatory, or political.

• Animals/Quadrupeds
• Monsters
• Light Mecha/Robots
•Ponies/MLP
• Pin-Ups
• Blood, light gore/horror
• Tame suggestive
Won't Do:
• Realism/Real People
• Heavy NSFW/Gore/Mechs/Horror
• Vehicles
• Fetishes
• Celebrities'/Influencers/etc...
• NFTs

I have the right to decline the commission if it makes me uncomfortable or out of my range.
